JOHN BARBER has Higher Technical Certificates in Civil and Structural Engineering and was made a Director of tws in 1998, overseeing Technical Services and Structures as well as IT development.

John is responsible for optimising design and CAD software and ensuring compatibility with other disciplines.

He has a practical hands on approach to problem solving and a wide experience of structural design of most categories of building, with particular experience of prefabrication of building elements.
